Information we collect

• Business and website information you provide in checkup forms, including business name, website URL, city, business type, main service, optional competitor URL, and optional Google Business Profile URL.
• Contact information, including your email address, used to deliver your report and account access links.
• Generated report data based on your inputs and our scan of publicly available content on the URLs you submit.
• Payment status data, including checkout session IDs, order IDs, payment status, refund status, amount, currency, and provider webhook payloads. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs used for security and fraud prevention.

How we use information

• To generate, unlock, and deliver your report.
• To send transactional emails, including report-ready notifications and magic-link sign-ins.
• To process payment status, refunds, and customer support requests.
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
• To improve the quality and reliability of our product.

Third-party providers

We use third-party providers to operate the product, including:

• DeepSeek for AI analysis of submitted business data and publicly available website content.
• Creem for secure checkout, payment processing, receipts, and refund events.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Supabase / PostgreSQL for database hosting.
• Vercel for hosting and serverless infrastructure.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We share only the information needed for each provider to perform its role.

Data retention

We retain reports and account data for as long as needed to provide access, support refunds, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting support@nearmecheck.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

Our product is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top.
