Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid reports. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.

Reports are instantly generated digital products, so we may ask what went wrong to improve the product. Your eligible refund request will still be honored.

If your report failed to generate, you received an empty or clearly broken report, or you were charged but did not receive your purchased report, email support@nearmecheck.com with your audit ID. We will either re-deliver the report or issue a full refund.

Payments and refunds are processed through Creem. Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your payment method and bank.

Where local consumer protection law grants additional refund rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.
