These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NearMeCheck AI ("Product"). By using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

The product

NearMeCheck AI is a software product that generates AI-powered readiness reports based on publicly available content of the website URLs you provide. Reports are informational and educational digital products. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, conversions, or AI mentions.

Acceptable use

• You may only submit URLs that you own, operate, or have permission to analyze. Competitor comparison is allowed when used ethically for your own business research.
• You may not abuse rate limits, attempt to disrupt the product, or use it to attack or harass others.
• You may not submit websites or content involving fraud, illegal activity, adult sexual content, hate or harassment, malware, intellectual-property infringement, or other prohibited or harmful activity.
• You may not resell our reports as your own without our written permission.

Accounts

You may use magic-link sign-in to access your reports. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

Payments

All paid plans are one-time digital purchases described on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Creem. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, your purchased report is unlocked in your browser and emailed to the address you provided. If payment succeeds but your report does not unlock, contact us with your audit ID.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid reports. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

Disclaimers

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic, conversions, or AI mentions. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing recommendations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top.
